Exactly what I needed to help me prepare and produce a literature review. Well organized, the text provided good examples and advice for condcuting the research, how to evaluate existing research, and how to organize the literature review. A great refernce that I refer to often. I also found the exercises (when conducting research) and guidelines (when writing the lit review) extremely helpful.
