It's a get off your butt and do the job book nothing more.... save your money and get off your butt and do the job. I felt like he was trying to sell me on Keller-Williams when they don't even advertise for the agents that buy into the brokerage!

I'm not an agent but I buy and sell property. Moreover, a large number of my clients are real estate agents. I found this book very useful and profitable.
